The prevention measures for the containment of the diffusion of the new Coronavirus adopted by the Italian Government recommend to companies the adoption of more flexible working methods in terms of location and time.
In Italy, more than 8 million workers can do their work from home, many of them in Lombardy, the region most affected by Covid-19.
For this reason, Regione Lombardia is planning to publish a 4.5 million euro call for proposals to promote the adoption of Smart Working business plans, allowing to increase productivity and increase the wellness of workers.
The Notice published on the official website of the Authority is therefore addressed to employers, registered with the Chamber of Commerce or in possession of a VAT number, with at least 3 employees, to:
- Action A: consultancy and training services aimed at the adoption of a smart working plan with the relative company agreement or company regulations approved and advertised on the company’s notice board and intranet with a total budget of € 3 million.
- Action B: purchase of “technological tools” for the implementation of the smart working plan with a total budget of € 1.5 million.
The activities must be carried out exclusively at operating or business premises in Lombardy and applications may be submitted from 2 April 2020 until 15 December 2021.
