GROUP CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Graduated with honours in management engineering from the University of Padua he has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Igor Bailo began his career in 1998 at McKinsey & Company, gaining extensive experience in business integration and performance improvement across a range of sectors. After entering the finance sector, between 2006 to 2017 he undertook increasingly more senior IT and operations roles at a number of domestic and European banks. In 2017 he joined the CSE Group, a leading Italian IT outsourcer, as General Manager of CSE Consulting, a key role in the management of Group client “digital transformation and business evolution” initiatives.
CHAIRMAN & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
He has over 20 years of experience in ICT and has strong know-how in optimizing and managing IT organizations, IT-sourcing and IT-governance. He began his career as trainer and consultant and in 1994 is involved with innovation project of information systems for Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze. In 1997 he became head of CED for Metro Cash & Carryand and also responsible to opening new shopping centers. In 1999 he joined Fininvest as CIO of Medusa Film Group and in 2005 was appointed CRM Director for startup of Digital Terrestrial in Mediaset.
CHIEF SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
Has dedicated his entire sales career to developing new geographic areas, new markets and new distribution channels for ICT products and services. Thanks to a long experience as Sales Manager, he could acquire a strong know-how in management of facilities and commercial resources. He worked for many years in Oracle, where he could optain a great success in selling Applications and assume the direct responsibility of Business Development Goals and objectives. Since 2009 he held the position of Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

Francesco Baroncelli: born in Florence on 1 February 1971, he is a manager and entrepreneur with almost 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications world; has been involved in the development or restructuring of medium-sized Italian companies and in the development of start-ups. With a degree course in Economics and Business from the University of Florence to an MBA at SDA Bocconi, passing through a continuous training program that saw, among other relevant steps, the Luiss Management School and compulsory training for Dottori Commercialisti, today Francesco is CEO of the Adelante Group, which he founded in 2011 and sold to WIIT SpA in July 2018. He currently holds the role of Chief Merger & Acquisition in the Company.
For over thirty years has worked in the administrative and financial sector, covering positions as director in multinational and Italian companies. Has worked for a number of years abroad for General Motors Corporation and General Motors Acceptance and was CFO and CEO in Cerved SpA. Director- General of Tecno Holding S.p.A. since 1997. Covers roles in boards of companies including Aeroporti Holding S.r.l. and Florence Airport and in SPVs subject to investment by funds. Coordinates the internal management of FSIs (Italian Strategic Funds) and ICT funds, Finance Administration, coordinates the internal management of FSI e ICT funds, General Secretary, Financial and Technical advisor.
Graduated in Economics and Commerce, he is a manager with almost 20 years of experience in the world of Private Equity and Investment Banking. He has gained experience in Advisory (PwC Deals) and Corporate Finance (BIM Corporate Finance) and in the last 10 years he has been Investment Manager of sectoral Private Equity Funds in the technology field that have carried out successful operations in important companies in the Italian ICT sector. He currently is CEO at ABC Capital Partners.
Born 29th of May 1968, has solid experience in processes of internationalization and opening of new markets in medium and large enterprises. Manages business development and organization of Import Export business, in investment strategy and expansion pursuant to plans of ambitious growth, guaranteeing ROI.
Riccardo Sciutto: born in Bra (CN) on November 26, 1971. He gained twenty years of experience in the fashion world in leading Italian companies where he held growing roles in sales until he took on managerial roles. He currently holds management and administration positions at several companies of the Sergio Rossi Group, including Group CEO at Sergio Rossi S.p.A.
After four years in Gartner and before that in Nomos Research, at 32 he co-founded Net Consulting. From 2005 to 2015 she was General Manager and member of the Board of Directors. In 2015 she became CEO of NetConsulting cube and Chairman of Sirmi, of which he also became CEO in August 2016. From March 2017 she participates in the Advisory Board of Gellify, a group that funds the growth of innovative companies for Industry 4.0 , fintech and blockchain. Since 2015 he is a member of the DEL (Digital Enterprise Lab) created by the Cà Foscari University for which she holds training sessions on the IOT themes. It supports the users and vendor companies in the transformation processes, M & A, change on digital transformation. Since 2012 has structured Spinn4C (Speed Innovation for C level) a monitoring and assessment service of innovative companies and international and Italian start-ups to support user companies, investment funds, supply companies. From May 2015 to July 2018 she was in ACSM AGAM (Lombardy multiutility) Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Risk Control Committee, Related Parties Committee, contact person for the Internal Audit Function. She promoted and supported the land aggregation plan with other Lombard utilities. Since 2012 she has been an independent director in Piteco SPA, a listed company. From September 2018 also Chairman of the Related Parties Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Risk Control Committee.
