WIIT has achieved QC2, the Level 2 qualification issued by the Italian National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN), for two of its Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions: WIIT Artificial Intelligence Platform and WIIT Cloud Native Platform.

The qualification follows an assessment process covering stringent cybersecurity requirements, including penetration testing and security assurance. For WIIT Artificial Intelligence Platform, the process also addressed specific cybersecurity requirements related to Artificial Intelligence.

QC2 is the Level 2 qualification defined by ACN for cloud services that can process data and services classified as critical by Italian Public Administrations. To achieve this level, cloud services must meet Level 1 requirements as well as additional requirements covering quality, security, performance and scalability, interoperability and portability. Level 2 qualification also requires compliance with ISO 22301 for Business Continuity Management and ISO 20000 for Service Management.

For WIIT, the recognition confirms the integration of security-by-design principles into innovative cloud services, extending this approach to both AI and Cloud Native environments.

The two platforms join WIIT’s existing portfolio of ACN-qualified solutions, including digital infrastructure, Backup as a Service, DS3 – European Cloud Vault and IaaS services.

The new qualifications further strengthen WIIT’s offering for organizations and Public Administrations requiring cloud environments designed to meet stringent requirements for security, resilience and service continuity.
