In 2019, WIIT Group began its journey of integrating sustainability into the business by identifying, at the time of the first Sustainability Report, some key issues that are fundamental to long-term growth.

In order to meet the challenges of climate change, the evolution of working methods and the transformation of social relations, a strategy has been defined based on four priority pillars, towards which the Group intends to direct its efforts, which concern data security, environmental protection, innovation and people management.

However, none of the actions in these areas would be effective without the support of what we call Responsible Governance & Responsible Growth – the foundation needed to remain competitive and have a positive impact on the ecosystem in which we operate.

The Premium Cloud2030 Goals

The commitment for the next few years will be to increase the number of women in top positions in WIIT. The goal is to achieve a 45% quota of women on the Board of Directors and 30% of women in Senior Management.

It will also introduce at least one ESG sustainability target linked to its managers’ MBOs by 2030.
